Scheduling and Financial Arrangements
All scheduling and financial arrangements are handled by your dentist’s office. Paramount Ambulatory Anesthesia does not participate in any insurance plans but your anesthesiologist will provide a health insurance claim form for your submission. Payment in full is expected at the time of the procedure. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards and Care Credit.
